Self-Pay Pricing
At Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute, we offer self-pay bundled options for patients without insurance, those with high insurance deductibles, or patients who have an insurance plan that is out of network.
Important Details
- Each package is for the treatment of one body part by one of our doctors.
- Follow-up evaluation packages can be purchased for continued treatment. They must be within one year of the last visit for the same body part with the same doctor.
- Procedure packages can only be purchased when our practice has ordered the care for you.
- Prices only include Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute expenses.
- Self-pay packages are nonnegotiable.
Office Visit
Initial Evaluation: $350
This single consultation visit does not include fracture care, surgical treatments, physical therapy or orthopedic bracing. All follow-up visits and other services can be purchased separately if needed.

- History and Physical Exam
Follow up Evaluation: $175
This fee applies for the subsequent visit and should only be purchased if you require follow-up care with the same provider and for the same problem. The following services may be purchased separately, if needed:
- X-rays
- Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Injection(s)

Procedures
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Injections: $985/per injection
PRP is a therapy produced from the patient's own blood, which is made up of plasma and a high concentration of platelets. PRP is injected into the injured area, thereby introducing a high concentration of platelets (as well as growth factors and cytokines) to the injury site, to assist in the healing process.
