Bozena, also known as Bo, worked in a Family Practice office for 3 years in upstate New York when she first graduated as a Physician Assistant. She then moved to Florida and joined Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute in 2007 working solely with Dr. Clay Baynham. Bo has been assisting in surgery for the past 10 years. She sees patients with Dr. Baynham in our office and trauma patients in the hospital. Bo enjoys assisting in pre- and post-operative care of patients while tending to all of their needs. She understands that when a patient has a spine injury or disorder, it significantly affects their quality of life. She takes pride in getting to know each patient, answering all questions thoroughly, and watching their improvement post-operatively, making Bo an integral member of Dr. Baynham’s team.

Bo is an avid runner, enjoys boating, and spending time with her family. Bo is originally from Poland and is fluent in English and Polish.
